Dr.聽Ruben Hernandez Rodriguez
Ruben Hernandez Rodriguez has over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience with a passion for evidence-based practice. He currently serves as the Vice President of Senior Care and Clinical Services at Partner Community in Ontario, Canada, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight on the operations and clinical services at Wellbrook Place. He also oversees the academic research and innovation program and the operations of the integrated senior hub.
Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University,聽 a Master鈥檚 in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Business Analytics from the University of Fredericton and a Doctorate in Health Administration from the 七色视频 with a research focus on the development of leaders in long-term care. He is currently expanding his research on leadership development and has recently been awarded with the Nordisk Network Healthy Population Grant to support a project developing a culturally tailored framework to support older immigrants with diabetes and dementia while awaiting long-term care placement in Mississauga, Canada.聽
