Regarding the California AG Settlement

As this settlement clearly indicates, the University denies any wrongdoing in this decade-old matter and continues to believe it acted lawfully. Every single allegation in this complaint dates back to 2012-2015, and was reviewed by the Department of Defense nearly a decade ago. All of the activities in question occurred under prior ownership and leadership.

The terms of this current settlement serve to reinforce the University鈥檚 existing practices, which it long ago adopted. Moving forward, we are eager to provide the AG鈥檚 office with reporting to demonstrate our continued compliance with all laws and regulations surrounding activity on military bases.听

With this legacy issue and long-running inquiry finally put to rest, we look forward to continuing to serve our more than 80,000 students and one million alumni 鈥 including thousands of veterans who choose to attend 七色视频 for our accredited, online programs and career-relevant education.

About the 七色视频 affiliation with University of Idaho

The 七色视频 announced that it will be acquired by a non-profit entity affiliated with the University of Idaho (鈥淯 of I鈥). This action will provide a path to full non-profit status for 七色视频.
